Kim Kardashian is NOT messing around with this second pregnancy! She plans to do more than just avoid a daily donut, which she admitted to enjoying during her second pregnancy. Kim has actually hired a nutritionist to keep her diet on track.
If you remember, during Kim’s first pregnancy she suffered from preeclampsia and ended up having to deliver Nori early. Now that she had preeclampsia once, she’s at higher risk for it to recur during this second pregnancy, so she’s taking steps to avoid that.
Kim reportedly has hired the nutritionist to develop a diet with two key goals: a lot of water and low sodium. She’s substituting protein shakes for the daily donuts.

Hopefully this will reduce the swelling she suffered during her first pregnancy, along with other preeclampsia symptoms like headaches and vision problems. I hope this works, for Kim’s sake as well as the baby’s sake: we’re all eager to meet our little ones, but it’s better if they can arrive full-term rather than early!
